We are pleased to offer quality workmanship in the field of raising and leveling foundations of homes that are on pier type foundations. The typical job is a home that is two to five feet off the ground with piers made of CMU blocks or brick piers. We use our 40 ton jacks to level the foundation and leave permanent jacks under the house. We do not work on houses that are on pilings, nor do we work on concrete slabs. We check our work with laser equipment to confirm that the job is right!
We can level your foundation and repair beams and columns that are comprised. We do it the old fashioned way using our 40 ton jacks and then leave permanent support jacks under the structure.
