What is a Certified Professional Builder? Certified Professional Builders (CPB) simply put are overachievers, and our clients are the ones to benefit. The distinction of CPB means that a contractor voluntarily adheres to standards far above the minimum licensing requirements of the State Board of Contractors. The certification process requires experience in the construction industry, membership in professional trade associations and references. Participating members stay abreast of current housing trends through continuing education. Our clients find comfort in the fact that we build to the highest standard not because we have to but because we want to.
